Your Construction Expert
Taylor Marett is the founder of Clarity Construction Advisors and brings over 24 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and real estate.
He holds a degree in Real Estate Finance and began his career working in manual labor, gaining a ground-level understanding of how homes are actually built and repaired.
Over the years, Taylor has managed cabinet shops, led luxury remodels, overseen historical renovations, and directed high-end custom home builds. This combination of field experience and financial training gives him a practical, unbiased perspective on construction decisions—focused on what actually matters, not what’s being sold.
Today, Taylor works independently with homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals to bring clarity to construction questions before costly decisions are made.
Taylor moved from Texas to Colorado in 2017 and enjoys time at his mountain cabin with his wife, two young children, and English Springer Spaniel. Outside of work, he spends his time fishing, hiking, cooking, woodworking, and tobacco pipe making.
